Three steps to a quote
No figure is given on the phone, because the route and the components are what decide it — and those come from the visit.
Tell us the job
Where the property is, what needs doing and whether it is a new system, a replacement or a change to something existing. Photos or drawings help but are not required.
Survey the space
We look at the building, take the dimensions that matter and work out the route the ductwork can take with the access it has.
Quote the work
The quote sets out the route, the duct sizes and the components, with the figure against them. Nothing is ordered until you accept it.
Four things that speed up a quote
None of these are essential. All of them shorten the gap between the visit and a figure.
Homes and small commercial premises
The same survey and the same quoting apply whether it is a single run in a house or a full system in a small commercial unit.
New installations, replacements, modifications and ventilation systems are all quoted from the same visit — if the job spans more than one of them, it is still quoted as one project.
